Bad Sleep Well would like to thank everyone who made it to last Thursday’s show at Cause Spirits and Sound Bar. The turnout was mind-blowing and the crowd was electrifying. We are extremely grateful to have such a supportive group of fans and friends.
So in the name of forward progress, we are excited to announce a new show on April 29th, 2012 at Fine Line Music Cafe in downtown Minneapolis. April 29th is the 1 year anniversary of the release of BSW’s first full album, “These Lonely Dreams”. Help us celebrate this milestone by showing your face in the crowd. It is sure to be a memorable show. More details to come shortly.

Bad Sleep Well is extremely excited to announce an upcoming Spring performance at Cause Spirits and Sound Bar in Uptown. On Thursday, April 12th BSW will join Minneapolis’ I Like You and Irie Sol for a night that you don’t want to miss. More details coming soon.

BSW is spreading the Valentine’s Day love with the release of a track from 2011′s “These Lonely Dreams.” The secret track will be available via free streaming starting on Valentine’s day. The song will only be available for a limited time. You can stream it on our music page.
Hint: the track is a cover of a classic 80′s love song.
Also, don’t forget to vote for BSW in the Vita.MN, “Are You Local” contest. If we can garner enough votes, we will get a chance to play the First Avenue main stage and potentially the South by Southwest Music Festival in Texas. Please submit your votes on our contest page.

Greetings from Minnesota. All’s well in Bad Sleep Well land. We took some time off to enjoy the holidays, but we’re hitting the ground again and focusing on writing some new tunes.

Hey all. We finished the summer with a really fun show at Big V’s! Thanks for coming out and dealing with the light-rail construction.
This month, we are finishing up a series of new tunes that we’ll be playing this winter at some shows. We plan to write, oh, ten more tunes, figure out what works live, and then get back into the studio for another album.
If you still haven’t picked up a copy of the new album, pick one up. We’re almost sold out of our first run.

We released the new album, played a couple great venues, and wrote a couple new songs. Things are going well.
